Refund Policy

With the following exceptions, payments received through the payment gateway cannot be refunded:

A technological error results in the multiple or excessive debiting of a customer's card or bank account in a single transaction. The extra money will be refunded to the customer minus Payment Gateway fees.

Due to a technical problem, money has been deducted from the customer's credit card or bank account, but enrollment has failed. Consumers can sign up using the services provided for free (website name). In this case, the money will be returned to the consumer after the associated Payment Gateway expenses have been subtracted.

To be eligible for a refund, the consumer must submit the original payment receipt and transaction number. Please email the application in the proper format to (insert email address).

The reimbursement will be provided by (website name) within 21 days after receiving the online registration form if the claim is validated after manual processing. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account can range from 5 to 7 days, depending on your bank's policies.

About payments for purchases they haven't been paid for, (website name) will get in touch with the payee or user and (website name) will take care of the payment settlement.

The dispute between the payee and payer may be directly credited to the disputed payer's account if (website name) is unable to resolve it. The direct credit and debit made to the payee's account by the disputing payer are not susceptible to dispute by the payee. Once the payee and payer have achieved a settlement, the money will be handled by (website name) providers in accordance with the conditions of the settlement.

In the case of a chargeback, the payment shall be addressed in line with the agreement even though the payee/user/service provider has already received money. Payers and users should be made aware of this.
